The Pino box series, designed by the Finnish master cabinetmaker Antrei Hartikainen, consists of small, stackable wooden boxes with squared shapes and vivid wooden surfaces. The boxes can be arranged together into different settings, and they can be used to store all kinds of small items from jewellery and sewing equipment to tea and spices. Hand-crafted in Finland, the Pino boxes are part of the Lokal Kollektion series by the Helsinki-based gallery Lokal. The collection consists of unique, locally-manufactured products made in small-scale production, many even by hand in the designers’ own workshops.
